Chamber Event, Women in Business Roundtable, to Address ‘Succeeding as a Woman in a Male-Dominated Industry’
Continuing in its mission to grow a successful network, Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce member Spice It Up hosts the next Women in Business Roundtable discussion, scheduled for Tuesday, April 25, at 10 a.m. at its location in Beach Haven’s Bay Village. The topic is women and finances, led by Nicole Dougherty of TD Bank. Refreshments will be served.
The gourmet specialty shop Spice It Up is owned and operated by Regina Lotito and her husband, Dan. The store sells kitchenware, artisan sauces, rubs, all natural and gluten-free options, and has plans to expand to offer paninis and other prepared foods to go.
The monthly Women in Business Roundtable meetings, part of the chamber’s Open for Business program, were launched in January, drawing women from different backgrounds and professions. The goal of the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce is to create a supportive peer network for local businesswomen.
