They spent all day learning the latest trends and troubleshooting techniques to ensure we serve our customers with the most up-to-date schooling. They are the only certified Somfy experts in the area. Giglio awning has been partnered with Somfy motors since 1981. According to David Voris, the owner of Giglio Awning, "we require all technicians to stay up to date on all our products. We spend about 60 hours a year per employee In various training classes."
