Join Makeshift Union for Community Potluck at LBIF Friday

Feb 28, 2017

This Friday at 6 p.m. the MakeShift Union will host a potluck-style meeting of Makers, with food and friends at the LBI Foundation of Arts and Sciences. The evening will feature two showings of the DIY Network’s “Tiny House, Big Living” – the episode featuring The Bunkhouse, a tiny houseboat renovated by Bunkerfish Design – in addition to live acoustic music and a full gallery of work from the Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University.

One of the essential aspects of the annual Makers Festival in September is to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among participants. All makers past and present are encouraged to attend and are welcome to bring guests.

Register to attend at themakeshiftunion.com. Bring something for the communal table to share with the group and feel free to BYOB.  —V.F.
