Tai Chi for Diabetes

Tai Chi is a series of flowing, intentional movements, and its meditative nature produces a sense of well-being by reducing stress. Since stress can increase blood glucose and blood pressure, controlling it is important for people with diabetes. Through practice you will improve balance, build strength, increase flexibility and become more aware of your body.
This program was developed by a medical doctor and is administered by a certified Tai Chi instructor. All are welcome. The first 25 people will be admitted.
