Test Drive to Help Interfaith Services

Sep 01, 2016

The Causeway Family of Dealerships will donate $20 to Interfaith Health and Support Services for each person who tests a Lincoln on Sept. 23 at St. Mary’s of the Pines Center on McKinley Avenue from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There is no cost to the driver.

The Lincoln Motor Car Co., locally through the Causeway Family of Dealerships, offers any local nonprofit the opportunity to raise as much as $8,000 for its charity through the “Driven to Give” program.

Interfaith Health and Support Services of Southern Ocean County is an expanding coalition of different faiths and service agencies that provides volunteer services of parish nurses and caregivers to the frail elderly and for respite care for Alzheimer’s disease.

“We hope to get hundreds of our Interfaith volunteers, their friends and family members out to the event,” says the dealership. “It will only take a few minutes to show your license, fill out a little paperwork and then take off for about a 10-minute test drive in a brand new Lincoln. So come out and have a good time with friends and help us raise money for Interfaith.”

Anyone who would like to volunteer to help others complete the forms may call the office at 609-978-3839.  —M.S.
