Virginia, known to most as "Cookie" began her career in real estate over 20 years ago and has done business at the same location throughout that time period. She values the relationships she has built with buyers, sellers and rental customers alike. A summer resident of LBI since the 1950's and year round resident of Beach Haven for 40 years, Cookie has extensive knowledge of LBI and is well known in the community. Prior to working in real estate, she was employed for 17 years at St. Francis Community on LBI as Senior Outreach Coordinator and  Nutrition Site Manager. Before moving  to the Island, she worked at the YMHA in Philadelphia with the Adult Education. Dept. and Arts Council  She feels that her work with community based non-profit organizations has made her sensitive to others' needs…a good trait in any profession. An active member of NAR , NJAR and member of both the Ocean and Monmouth Board of Realtors, Cookie also holds the designation of Accredited Buyers Representative.
