Barnegat Man Named Safety Manager at Abel HR

Oct 04, 2017

Abel HR, a full-service human resources company in Cranbury, recently announced the promotion of Adam Faille to the position of safety manager.

In his new role, Faille, who lives in Barnegat, will ensure safety compliance as he is responsible for maintaining safety standards and inspections, OSHA compliance, accident investigations and drug testing for every client and their employees. Abel HR is a family-owned and operated professional employer organization (PEO) that offers human resources and benefits administration services to small to mid-size companies.

“This new role is a very visible, critical one in our company, and Adam’s attention to detail and constant striving for excellence make him a natural fit for this new position on our leadership team,” said Jim Bell Sr., president and founder. “Adam started with Abel more than 24 years ago after my son met him at a local Wawa and said I had to hire him because he had such a great personality. He started with Abel, delivering paychecks with no experience in human resources, and has been learning the industry since the day he walked through the door. Being our safety manager is a key role watching out for the well-being of all our clients and their employees.”

Faille said that businesses across the country have discovered the values of PEOs because they provide relief from the burden of employment administration, a wide range of personnel management solutions through a team of professionals, improved employment practices, compliance and risk management to reduce liabilities, access to a comprehensive employee benefits package, allowing clients to be competitive in the labor market and assistance to improve productivity and profitability.  —E.E.
