‘Celtic Nights – Oceans Of Hope’ Comes to the Grunin Center March 21

Prepare to be captivated by a performance that captures the essence of the Irish, as the Jay and Linda Grunin Center for the Arts at Ocean County College presents “Celtic Nights – Oceans of Hope” next Wednesday, March 21. Through music, song, dance and narration, the college explains, “audiences will be taken on a journey through the struggles and dreams of a people fighting for liberty, freedom, dignity and, above all, family.

“It’s the story of people moving across oceans from all nations to free themselves from hunger, war, persecution and famine, and to find a better place. This is their story told through Irish eyes.”

The show begins at 7:30 p.m. on the main stage at the Grunin Center, located on the OCC campus in Toms River.

Tickets are $33 to $43 depending on seat location. A dinner add-on at P.J. Sweeney’s is $25.
