Earn a Kean Bachelor’s Degree at OCC’s Satellite Campus in Manahawkin

Jun 20, 2018

A bachelor’s degree is in close proximity! Ocean County College’s Southern Education Center, in Manahawkin, is now offering three associate/bachelor’s degrees in their entirety. Through OCC’s partnership with Kean University, local residents can now earn a bachelor of arts or a bachelor of science – for less than $35,000 – without leaving Southern Ocean County.

Students at the satellite campus would first pursue an OCC associate’s degree in arts in liberal arts or an associate’s degree in science in business administration. Then, students transfer into a specific Kean University program to earn a bachelor of arts in psychology or a bachelor of science in either management or community health education.

As OCC explains, “The Southern Education Center will offer Ocean County College classes leading to an associate’s degree during the day with all Kean University classes leading to a bachelor’s degree in the evening.”

And Kean’s application fee is waived for OCC students.
