To the Editor:

Members of the South Bay Seniors Association of LBI recently returned from a weeklong trip with Seniortours to Quebec and Montreal.

While in Quebec, we had a city tour, visited St. Ann De Beaupre Basilica and explored Old Quebec. On the way to Montreal, we visited Cap De Madeleine. While in Montreal, had a city tour, visited Notre Dame Cathedral, St. Joe’s Oratory, explored the underground shops and boutiques, viewed the grounds for the 1967 World’s Fair, and took a tour around the Gran Prix Racetrack.

A good time was had by all!

The SBSA meets monthly on the third Thursday of the month at St. Francis Parish Hall; however, the November meeting will be held at St. Thomas in Surf City.

Membership is open to anyone over 50. Our monthly meetings consist of a brief business meeting, refreshments and informative guest speakers. Special events and day trips and/or overnight trips are planned throughout the year.
