Tune up your voices and join in a silly summer sing-along with a performance by Dale and Amy Paradise specifically tailored for children ages birth to 8 years and their families on Thursday, July 13 at 11:30 a.m. Sponsored by the Tuckerton Library Association.

Teens and tweens will enjoy learning the art of origami in a workshop presented by special guest librarian Laura Beth Davis-DeMatteo, for ages 10 and older, Friday, July 14 at 2 p.m. On Monday, July 24 at 6 p.m. teens ages 12 and older can learn the art of balloon making: flowers, animals and more.

An all things Pokémon building extravaganza is on Thursday, July 27 at 2 p.m., from do-it-yourself cards to finger puppets, Poke-ears and much more. Suitable for all ages, with a caregiver.

Turtle Dance Music presents the “Sensory-Friendly Music, Bubble and Comedy Show” on Thursday, July 13, from 7 to 8 p.m. This show engages children with songs, comedy, robots, bubbles, music technology and original stories about why engineers, architects and designers rock! The show is crafted to be inclusive for all children, including children on the autism spectrum, and a great time for parents and caregivers. Each song in the 60-minute show is accompanied by hands-on, visual and sensory experiences designed to help kids learn and have fun at the same time. Kids will play instruments, try out interactive music technology and dance along through the whole show.

Area teens have been invited to submit their artwork for a special exhibition in the library branch meeting room. A reception for the artists will be held on Tuesday, July 11 at 6 p.m. The work will be displayed through July.

The award-winning Odessa Klezmer Band gets audiences dancing in the aisles to an eclectic mix of Eastern European and Middle Eastern tunes. Come get rocked, Klezmer style, on Wednesday, July 12 at 7 p.m. in Little Egg Harbor.

The monthly meeting of the Friends of the Little Egg Harbor Library is Tuesday, July 25 at 10:30 a.m. Please join for an annual fee of $5.

Join in on Wednesday, July 26 at 6:30 p.m. at Little Egg Harbor for “Adulting 101” and learn about cars: change a flat tire, check the oil, jump start, and getting a good deal when you buy a car.
