LBI Chamber of Commerce Announces New Destination Marketing Manager

Jun 14, 2017

In its continued efforts to promote and stimulate tourism and commerce on Long Beach Island, the LBI Chamber of Commerce has appointed Calla Aniski of Ship Bottom as its destination marketing manager.

Aniski will succeed outgoing DMM Laurie Temple, who has accepted a marketing position with AtlantiCare.

“Laurie served our organization with distinction and left big shoes to fill. We are excited to have Calla aboard, with all her enthusiasm and local relationships,” said LBI Chamber President Steve Havelka.

Aniski recently earned her master’s in business administration from Stockton University, and comes to the chamber from her former position in advertising at Edible magazine in Philadelphia.

“We are eager to see Calla grab hold of this position, and are confident she will do a wonderful job as the face and voice of our efforts to market Long Beach Island as a premier travel destination,” added Dan Malay, chamber treasurer.  —M.S.
