Learn to ReClam the Bay at Tuckerton Seaport

The Tuckerton Seaport presents another popular “Lunch and Learn” experience on Wednesday, Dec. 12, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. or 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Bruce Beveridge of ReClam the Bay will discuss the shellfish of Barnegat Bay. Learn how ReClam the Bay, a local, nonprofit environmental organization, grows and maintains millions of baby clams and oysters in the Barnegat Bay, Manahawkin Bay and Little Egg Harbor Bay.

This program costs just $2 per person, payable at the door. For the 12:30 p.m. program, participants can bring a lunch, or take advantage of the lunch option for an additional $6. All must register ahead of time by calling the Seaport at 609-296-8868. Registration including lunch is required two days in advance.
