Little Egg Harbor Man Sentenced in Sex Crimes Involving a Minor

On Nov. 7, Marc Albright of Little Egg Harbor Township was sentenced to 364 days in the Ocean County Jail as a condition of probation after pleading guilty to third-degree aggravated criminal sexual conduct. Albright had engaged in unlawful sexual contact with a 14-year-old. He admitted his guilt on July 11 of this year.

Upon his release, Judge Linda Baxter also ordered that Albright, 52, be required to register as a sex offender pursuant to “Megan’s Law” and be supervised by the New Jersey State Parole Office for life.

Albright was arrested in August 2017 after an investigation led by Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Detective Alex Bromley and Little Egg Harbor Detective Joel Mahr.The case was prosecuted by Senior Assistant Prosecutor Mara Brater of the Special Victims Unit. —P.J.
