Manahawkin Lakeside Business Site of Chamber After-Hours Event

“After Hours at the Lake” is a business after-hours gathering with outdoor creative twists, on Thursday, July 13, at Creative Click Media next to Manahawkin Lake Park, 20 North Main St., Manahawkin. The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce, partnered with Creative Click Media and the Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce, presents the evening of networking with local business owners from 5:30 to 7:30.

Live music and tasty food make the event memorable, along with the chance for kayaking, ping-pong, yoga, and getting a headshot photograph taken. “A huge surprise announcement” is also promised.

This is a free event with a suggested $10 donation to benefit the Hunger Foundation of Southern Ocean.

Creative Click Media will match all donations up to $250.

Networking at Outdoor Event

Join the Barnegat-Waretown Chamber of Commerce at Sweet Jenny’s in downtown Barnegat also on Thursday, July 13, for the annual networking meeting.

“Enjoy a great night of networking and getting to know business people in our area,” invited Bill Clanton Jr., chamber president.

A $10 charge at the door covers food and refreshments.

The get-together will take place in the outside seating area at Sweet Jenny’s on West Bay Avenue, starting at 5:30 p.m.

Marine Dealer Award

MarineMax Brant Beach Service Center is proud to announce the acceptance of the inaugural 2016 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Dealer Award. The award is presented to dealerships that provided excellence in customer service for the areas of sales and/or service last year.

“The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award honors dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. MarineMax Brant Beach Service Center is being awarded for having effectively met the needs of their customers and providing them with superior customer service,” announced a recent press release.

The award is derived from the feedback of customers as a part of the overall Marine Industry CSI Program. In 2016, nationally, over 120,000 boat owners were surveyed, with nearly 40,000 responding.

Located at 20 West 44th St. in Brant Beach, MarineMax Brant Beach Service Center looks forward to another year of continued dedication to their customers and commitment to enhancing the boating lifestyle.
