Share Feedback About Barnegat Bay with Estuary Program

Aug 30, 2017

The Barnegat Bay Partnership is seeking feedback about the local watershed from residents of and visitors to the area. Answers to a few questions presented via an online form at bbp.ocean.edu will help the BBP improve its long-term plan to protect and restore the bay.

As the website explains, “Barnegat Bay is a national ecological treasure and supports one of the most valuable economies of any estuary in the country. The Barnegat Bay Partnership, the National Estuary Program for the Barnegat Bay, is revising … the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan for Barnegat Bay.

“We want to hear your thoughts and concerns about the bay and your ideas for the future management, protection and enhancement of its valuable resources.”

The form asks about utilization of the bay, water quality and habitat, climate change concerns and more.

Fill out the survey at bbp.ocean.edu.
