Sheltered Cove Marina in Tuckerton Beach will be before the Tuckerton Land Use Board on Thursday, Jan. 17, at 7 p.m. to request relief from a condition of approval of its site plan that calls for an 8-foot slatted fence along the entire South Green Street frontage.

The marina recently installed a concrete wall along one side of its chain link fence and moved a 30-foot-high temporary fabric building to the wall to anchor it. At least one neighbor recently complained to the mayor and council about the appearance of the huge “tent.”
