Touch-A-Truck Coming Up

The fourth annual Touch-A-Truck is being held on Saturday, April 28, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Manahawkin Lake Park. Touch-A-Truck is a family-friendly day where children can explore hands-on and learn about many different types of trucks and vehicles.

The event is a big hit with kids, and likely the adults accompanying them. Vehicles on display will include military, police, fire, EMS, utility, construction, and others.

The park is also a comfortable site for the rest of the activities: face painting, making balloon animals, bouncing on inflatables, enjoying a clown and games, and listening to music provided by WJRZ. There will be food vendors as well as craft sales and local business vendors.

The Stafford Chamber of Commerce also has a Facebook page, which will feature updates on the coming activities.  —M.S.
