Aug 09, 2017

Two Stockton University faculty members will discuss the growth and future of beverage tourism at a seminar at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 22 hosted by Little Water Distillery in Atlantic City.

Donna Albano, associate professor of hospitality, tourism and management, and Christina Cavaliere, instructor of hospitality and tourism management studies, will specifically discuss New Jersey craft distilleries.

Cavaliere has edited a two-volume textbook on craft beverages and tourism, and she and Albano also contributed a chapter on New Jersey distilleries. “We are excited to discuss the release of the two-volume textbook that takes a comprehensive look at the emerging tourism market for craft beverages,” said Albano.

The event is free and open to the public and will include a tour and tastings at Little Water Distillery.  —P.J.
