Through its culture consulting services, Great Place to Work helps clients create workplaces that outpace peers on key business metrics such as revenue growth, profitability, retention and stock performance.

Upon announcement of the “Best Places” designation, Matt Mott, human resources for The Wireless Experience, said, “We are building a credible reputation for solution-based leadership, providing the highest levels of customer service, and creating an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally. We are positioned for continued success due to the exceptional quality of our team.”

Ground was broken for the Manahawkin-based new headquarters Aug. 29, 2016. When completed, the location will oversee mobility products and services for its growing Northeast portfolio, including phone/mobile device sales and service plans.

Wainwright had said when the groundbreaking took place, “Though we have grown far beyond the region, Stafford and the surrounding area is still home to me. I started my business here, and felt it appropriate to continue our growth right here where we first set down roots two decades ago.”
