Valerie Vaughn, “New Jersey’s Troubadour,” will appear at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Tuckerton on Friday, June 22, at 7 p.m. Vaughn is well known for her down the shore lyrics, sultry voice and folk guitar styling. Her original songs tell the history and folklore of Tucker’s Island, the Jersey Devil, Superstorm Sandy, and the Beach Haven shark attack that was the basis for the movie “Jaws.”

Tickets are $20 and available at the church office by calling 609-296-9618, or at the door the night of the performance.
