Tuckerton’s Pride and Celebration Committee will celebrate the holiday season with the “Ye Old Tuckerton Christmas Walk,” held throughout the town on Saturday, Dec. 1, from 5 to 8 p.m. During the walk, Santa Claus will be waiting in the former borough hall at 140 East Main St., to hear children’s wish lists and also for photos. The free horse and wagon rides begin behind the hall in the parking lot.

The First United Methodist Church of Tuckerton, at 128 North Green St., will host a vendor fair and lunch starting at 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The First Presbyterian Church, at 210 East Main St., will hold its Christmas Bazaar and Gourmet Cupboard from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The Tuckerton Historical Society hosts an open house and Christmas party with clam chowder and other refreshments in the Little Borough Hall, 220 South Green St. following its meeting from 4 to 5 p.m. The public is welcome afterward; admission is free.

At 7 p.m., Tuckerton Pride and Celebration invites the community to listen to a free a capella Christmas concert by The Oceanaires, performing in the Methodist church. Cookies and hot chocolate are served in Mott Hall, where a decorated tree and Christmas Village are set up.

Note that the annual Live Nativity at the Methodist church is on Dec. 8 from 6 to 8 p.m with refreshments in Mott Hall.  —P.J.
